Hi, I'm Poofle! In Beepies you scan the barcode on real stuff around your house, and a little creature like me pops out. What the product is decides what kind of Beepy you get. Help us dream up new ones!
The 12 elements
- Nature: plants, grains, wood (cereal)
- Earth: rocks, salt, clay (table salt)
- Fire: spicy and hot (hot sauce)
- Water: water and washing (bottled water)
- Ice: cold and frozen (ice cream)
- Spark: electricity (AA batteries)
- Metal: shiny metal things (foil)
- Sweet: candy and sugar (gummy candy)
- Beast: gentle animals (eggs)
- Chem: factory-made stuff (school glue)
- Air: light and fluffy (cotton balls, that's me!)
- Glitch: a barcode that isn't anything
A few rules
- Cute or cool, never scary or gross. Little kids play this.
- It comes from a real product with a barcode.
- Pick a product a kid can safely hold (no bleach, cleaners, medicine or lighters), and no meat. You can still scan that stuff in the game, it just won't be any Beepy's home.
